Castles, fortresses, ruins

Castle LIBOCHOVICE

belongs to the unique buildings in the Czech Republic in the early Barocco style. It has come to our days almost undamaged. On the ground floor there is a exhibition about life and work of I. E. Purkyne. Worth your time is also a French park, founded in the middle of the 17th century.

Castle VELKÉ BŘEZNO

was built in 1842-1854. The face of the caste radically changed during a large-scale reconstruction in 1885-1910. The castle is an example of a small aristocracy residence, and is one of the last feudal buildings in the Czech Republic.

Castle SYCHROV

belongs to our unique castles.
Initially, the castle was built in Barocco style(1690-1693), its current form it got after a Pseudo-Gothic style reconstruction in 1847-1862. In castle's hall there are large collection of porcelain, glass and tin.

Castle PERUC

Castle GRABŠTEJN

The oldest part was built in the 13th century. In the second half of the 16th century it was rebuilt in a Renaissance style. Old castle's rooms are open for visitors, including the включая St Barbara's Chapel and cylindrical tower with a wonderful sightс from it.

Castle STŘEKOV

towers above a rock on the outskirts of Usti Nad Labem. It is said to be built in 1316-1319. Some parts of the castle were rebuilt in several stages

Castle KOST

Founded in the middle of the 14th century. The dominant point of the castle is a 5-stoey dwelling tower, called White Tower. In the spacious rooms you can see weapons of the 17- 19 centuries. The "black kitchen" is also of interest.
